You need test your domain name to see what the current response time is,
Here is result for my domain before and after changing DNS server...
Before:

Click loss with mobile can be a bit challenging at times.
Not all people that click your advertisement will arrive at your landing page because the connection times out.
A variety of factors can attribute to this, such as network strength, but one thing you can do to decrease some of this is by optimizing your DNS.

1. Creat free DNSMadeEasy account HERE
2. Confirm registration > Login
3. DNS > Managed DNS > Add domains
4. Insert your domain name > OK
5. Then you will be given 5 nameserver, you need to paste it in your registrar
