How do you optimise your campaigns?

Gets more interesting. I checked the NXDOMAINS in that sample --I was wrong in this case ...
Most were free mobile ISPs -- just crappy traffic with no money to buy (I think).
Just a few were data centers ...

If I wanted to I could make blocklists on my server or blacklists for the campaign based on this info.
