i cant see the LP of some offers even that i use vpn-hide my ass - i change the ip to the offer country , greece in this example but still be redirected to other lp , can some one help me out please , thanks a lot

Some offers have carrier based redirect. (If it's a mobile offer). You can use geoedge or simtest or similiar services to go behind this. They're costly though.
