How better an aged twitter account would be

I got a seller who got an old twitter account aroud 6 yrs old with very little activity.
Howmuch that could be the worth ?

How could i use to its full potential if I were to buy that account ?

We don't condone account brokering here but I imagine you would have some work ahead of you to get that account a robust traffic/money source. In other words, it wouldn't be worth a lot of money.
