Anyone know how to boost impressions & likes on X (Twitter) replies (not main tweets)?

If you’re just after impression counts, buy cheap traffic to your reply URLs --that’ll move the needle.

But if you're chasing likes, it comes down to actual content value. Botting likes is a fast track to shadowbans or getting buried by the algorithm. Not worth it.

You're asking if "Not main tweets" refers to ADS, right?
If so - yes, in Twitter Ads you can manually set the cost per click (CPC) to something like $0.03–$0.20.
That way, your impressions will increase, since the system starts optimizing for cheaper clicks.
