Hi All, Having outgrown my existing host, Im looking for the following. Any recommendations would be appreciated:
UK based
Managed CentOS VPS
20GB SSD Storage
4GB RAM
2 vCPU
3 IPv4 addresses
Hopefully looking to pay $25/month. What can you say about QHoster.com vps hosting? Any comments, discounts?

I would stay away from that provider as i dislike their advertising model.

£16($25) a month is very low for what your looking for. You will either be able to get a similar spec un-managed server or a lower spec managed server for that price
