It's usually not good for a beginner to start with AdWords, because AdWords has become very expensive. But I don't know your prizes in Egypt or the countries in your area. Are they cheap?

Specifically to your question: There is no best way to begin with an AdWords campaign, it's a question of money and ROI (Return On Investment)

By the way, from which part in Egypt are you?
I've been there a few years ago and I liked Aswan most, but I loved (!!) the desert between Aswan and Abu Simbel
