I'm new to AF but not to making money online. Never been hugely successful but I do make a couple hundred bucks a month. Looking to kick that up into the 4 digits range.

Right now I have a couple of Youtube channels and I'm focusing a lot of my energy into building email lists.

The lists are in the real estate niche separated by location and the reason for building them is to be able to bring visitors back to my real estate classifieds site which is monetized with Adsense. I plan on also testing related CPA and CPS offers, and possibly selling solo ads against the lists as well.

@T J Tutor That's what I'm hoping! I started building my email lists 4 weeks ago and just about to hit 600 subs. Currently monetizing with Adsense at $4-$6/day. Plan on testing CPA and CPS soon.
