Help with Landing Pages and Other Questions

Landing Pages​

I am wondering what the point of the landing pages are, Most of the ones I have seen I would not really consider to be beneficial, the ones I have seen tend to be like this (NSFW) ( Exposed Webcams | Free Live Fun - Enjoy Live Sex Shows for Free! ).

With that in mind, what do you guys think makes a good landing page?.

Split testing

With split testing would it be better to test multiple landing pages against one offer, and once conversions have increased bring in more offers, or run multiple offers with multiple landing pages and take out what does not work.

Workflow

My current work flow is pretty much this:

• Find Offer
• Add Link to Voluum Campaign ( usual set up with 4-6 offers )
• Add Voluum Campaign link to posts on Tumblr ( currently only source of traffic due to lack of funding for media buying)
• Add content to Tumblr and queue

I am looking for some feedback on my work flow and how it can be improved.

I get around 100 clicks a day on Tumblr, but conversions are low, thinking a landing page may improve this witch I will do with the feedback you provide on what you think makes a good landing page. Currently all the offers are direct links.
