Help with email marketing

here is the situation. I have one subscriber to my forex mailing list. The first couple of emails I sent her she opened and read them, at least according to my analytics. Now she rarely opens subsequent emails that I send her. And it is starting to affect my averages which have hit negative. Am wondering whether to take her off my list. If you have any ideas to reverse the situation I'd be grateful.

I don't understand your issue, your email list only has one person on it? I think you need to get more subscribers!

Yes I have one so far. But she's not reading the emails that I send her and it's driving down my averages.

Why don't you just ask her? With all due respect if you have one person, its not an email list. There are email lists for sale or rent with several million people on it (not that more is better, just saying). What are you doing with this email? Are you sending your customer(s) offers, information, what?

How often are you emailing this person? If you are sending too many emails and the person has seen what you have to say why would they open another email from you? Email lists decline over time (that's natural).
