Help! 7search account is on hold

Hi, good guys!
My 7search account is currently on a temporary hold. Because my Credit Card or PayPal Account needs to be "verbally" or "self" validated.
But I didn't provided credit card during registration, and how to complete "verbal" or "self validation" of the credit card?
How can I verity PayPal Account?
