I am almost there with what niche I want to start. I am using a keyword research tool and a list of seeding keywords. I am weeding out seeding keywords with each pass on keywords research tool. I am down to about dozen , I started with 60+ seeding keywords. With few more pass I hope to pick the niche that I will be left with. This is my approach.
