In your case I wouldn't do SOI. It will hardly bring you quality visitors
Either DOI, or another traffic method.

Gee, SOI is illegal in my country, plus as @Marc said and you now know, doesn't provide the highest quality leads. If you go DOI, you're safe and your leads will be more targeted. It's a good combination.
