I have owned some blogs in past.

Most of them had traffic over 100k a day.

Did use eCPM formulas to monetize traffic, so getting top dollar for each and every impressions is my area of expertise.
Have used 100s of ad networks. I know what works what doesn't how to target each and every impressions.
The sad thing is. Why so many ad networks pop up nowadays? Because it's easy money to scam the little publishers. they don't know what eCPM are actually floating in market.
