Recruiting affiliates is an art. A skill you must develop.

Recruiting affiliates will require of you to have exceptional product knowledge and platform knowledge because affiliates will have questions about both. One of the biggest complaints about affiliate managers is their laziness, failure to pay attention to and stay in communication with newbies, not providing accurate information about offers and their performance data, etc., etc.

To mine for gold, you have to go were the gold is, and have the correct skills and tools.

I need to write a recruitment guide. I have one drafted from a couple of years ago, but never completed it.
