I currently have no skills or experience with SEO and webmaster related tasks, however i'm interested in the topic and i'm attempting to learn.
Right now i'm starting an online course for programming, however i'm not so sure about which language to tackle first.

Lots of choices out there with SEO and Webmaster related tasks. Much of programming languages are lead by the environment for which the scripts are intended to perform. These days, one generally has to become efficient in several languages and have at least a moderate capacity with SQL.
