Do there hosts/data centers know that you are reselling their services?
Or, are you just reselling the service and that is allowed as a "reseller?"

Interesting idea but who becomes responsible if there is abuse that anonymity will offer?
I am glad I block ALL these datacenters, using my own webserver mapping of their AS numbers, unless I allow that server by IP explicitly.
However, I support anonymity for legitimate purposes -- user webtracking in particular. Government censorship etc.
Unfortunately, I need to drop packets (requests) from VPNs, Proxies, tor and unallowed servers because that is how the scrapers destroy your SEO. And, how carders and fraudsters rip you off.

We have a good relationship with our hosts.

Abuse gets passed onto the customer to handle.

I've not personally looked into Stellar and Hyperledger that much. Exciting projects for sure.
