I am looking into creating a website. I know there is GPT shift such as shiftcode but wondering if it possible to use wordpress or something similair and if any plugins are available to achieve this. I know there was once a wpgpt but from recent search this is no longer available.

Yeah, these sites have their better days behind them. Not as successful as they once were.
