exactly I read some articles and that statement by google, which is really a strange update for those who are the spammers and optimized overly to their sites to achieve ranking in a short span of time. This update drills over-optimization, keyword stuffing, buying so many domains having the similar name and pointing towards the single domains. Apart from this this update includes the anchor text with the exact keyword also results negative in the search results. so if you want to regain your ranking in the search results you need to avoid these tactics.
