Two answers:

1. Hard to say but you could always read the document(s) and the thread yourself.

2. This thread and the original post are from 2008, so probably not. If you haven't learned it by now, you're already 5 years behind, which in Google algorithm time is like a century.

Thats very useful for someone like me with not much experience. I will take quite a few reads before i can make sense of it. There is so much to know my brain is overloaded with information and sometime i am unsure if i am doing things right.
