Google Does Judge by One Page

Just info that I have found:

I recently started adding more pages to my one of my sites. For the heck of it, I started backlinking to one of the newer pages - it went down in the SERPs. However, my other pages are ranking the same. Needless to say, through experience, this new page on my site will come back up to where it was and go higher.

I know it's pretty obvious, but Google does judge one page - not the entire site.

They are judging page by page, but they also use the grades of the pages to grade the site, along with several hundred other factors.

You also need to be patient, SEO does not happen overnight. Just keep adding quality content, go slow and stead on high quality links and you will do fine.
