Google AdWords low quality score?

I can't figure this out:
my site: InstantRewardDeals.com
my low quality score keywords: free Samples [35 clicks]
my top clicked keywords:free reward [38 clicks]

now my site has the keyword "reward" only once & "Samples" 10 times, so why is samples the low quality score? I tried reading all the help that AdWords has but still can't figure it out. I think for that one day "samples" paid me the most so I'm tiring to get it back.

Thanks!

Hi F4EE,

The low quality score takes into account your CPC bid. If you are bidding on a competitive keyword (like 'free samples'), you will probably need to dish out a good amount of money per click if you want your ad to show up. The low quality score is probably because your campaign budget and cost per click bid for that keyword are not high enough tto generate many impressions. Your ad will probably start running again if you up your CPC bid for the keyword 'free samples'.

Hope that helps.

Yeah like Noah said, its the same with everything - the more you pay, the better you get!

Up your cpc abit and see if this improves it.
