I think Google is smart enough to see any link to spam... i think its a waste of time, maybe you should look at Twitter/Instagram/ or those social media's

I can't think of a way to 'safely' do comment spam on any site.

I must say that Google is the smart thing that can easily check the spam links and spam things. If you are tried to do that, Google may block you for that reason

You gotta try to clear cookies, change IP and do anything to not show you are the spammer, but sometimes they can ban you no matter what.
