Which one is better to promote with paid ads? Is it possible to break even in the future if I promote recurring model using paid traffic?

Recurring commissions are great! I still get commissions from 12 years ago with affiliate programs I promoted.

They rolled out a bounty plan which offers a one time commission of 100 dollars. Their recurring plan offers like 5 bucks a month. I don't know if I would break even promoting the recurring model with paid traffic. Bounty model makes sense however something tells me recurring is better in long run

The bounty plan doesn't seem to be very aggressive.

I'm thinking of doing a mix of both.
