and then ask them to check out your page
Also start a Facebook Group
in your Niche and in the
FB Group You start
Mention Your Group
Invite them to join

Facebook is kinda weird
So check out their TOS
Cause
Things change too quick over there

Instagram is owned by Facebook
Instagrammers go back and forth to Facebook to like and back to Instagram, Etc...
Try these maybe...

Shoutcart
And many others can be employed
A Shout-out can get you likes
