For all pageviews to the page, Exit Rate is the percentage that were the last in the session. For all sessions that start with the page, Bounce Rate is the percentage that were the only one of the session.Bounce Rate for a page is based only on sessions that start with that page.

  6. Bounce Rate:- Bounce rate is the number of visitors which a site receives only for them to leave the site after viewing only one page. It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave or “bounce” rather than continuing on to view the other pages within the same site.

Exit Rate:- Exit rate is the percentage of visitors who leave your website from a specific page. This has to be beyond the landing or home page, and every page on your website has its own exit rate.

Exit Rate is measured of a page as it describes what percentage of people left a website after reaching the particular page. Bounce rate is ratio or percentage of people who immediately bounced back to search engine or webpage from which they came to the website.

Why do people post the same stuff over and over again? And why did the original poster even post that?
    So many questions....

For any given web page on your site, Exit Rate is the percentage of your visitors who left your site from that page. Whereas Bounce Rate only records visitors who entered and existed your site from the same page.
