If, as I suspect, you have purchased a list (which normally consists of the email addresses of people who have NOT specifically confirmed their approval the receive emails from YOU personally) I would strongly recommend that you don't attempt to send it via gmail, or any other way for that matter because you will run foul of the CANSPAM ACT

Ignoring CANSPAM can leave you open to a number of challenges - account closures, ISP blocking, civil and criminal enforcement and the like.
