Email from Clickbank Support?

Has anyone else recieved an email from Clickbank recently?

I received an email with the subject title 'Information needed'. The email says that says my account has been placed on hold until I send my Full name, Date of Birth and Nationality. The email is sent from support@clickbank.com

I'm just wondering if the email is from Clickbank.
 
Log into your account at Clickbank and see if there is a message in your account.

Most all vendors now require full details of you and often your business.

They are conducting business, you are conducting business. Business relationships require full disclosure.

This should not be a surprise that they may require this information. There are lawful requirements of them that they must fulfill.
 
I would send a message to support from within your account. If you're logged in and send a message, you know for sure that it's going to CB.

But, as @T J Tutor said, if you haven't already given them all your info, they will want it. They need it on file legally, anyway.
