Duke has put up a brilliant proposal for a new post exchange, its worth having and look at and those interested in joining should start registering their interest.

There's only one or two more things that need to happen prior to getting this program off the ground. I estimate that we can have this program up and running sometime next week with full advertising at some of my target sites as early as Oct 1, 2006.

This system will not only have firm guidelines but it will also be policed in order to assure everyone that they get out of the program what they put into it.
