dropshipping question

I really feel like getting my hands dirty with dropshipping.
thought to promote a certain product from Aliexpress. did anyone tried it and open for some questions?

lets say I found a product which I want to sell on my own site, so that people will not be redirected to Aliexpress when purchasing. when they make a sale they will stay on my site.
my question is, do I need to have some contract with the supplier in order to sell his product on his behalf?
what is the easiest way to do this?
