Does domain name matter when doing ppv?

How do you guys get domain name when doing ppv? I use freenom and register a unique domain for each of my site. I use freenom but my domains just got suspended which sucks. I am thinking about buying a domain and just addon subdomain to main domain, what do you guys do? where do you guys buy domain?

I have no clue why it got suspended, also there's no support on their site so don't use free when doing cpa. How do you use your domain for different sites? Do you direct them to different subdirectory or addon subdomains, confused about this part

what I see from the paid domain is that is cheap for the first year then they charge a lot more for the next year like $10, but depends on the tld, I wish it was fixed price, don't have money for multiple domains
