I am designing a complex business inquiry (business lead reply form) for Google Ads and Bing SEM
These are very helpful -- I am adapting them to my server and my own SMPT/IMAP mailserver.

In answer to your thread title question - no, I don't. Not really, anyway.

Programming is so far in my rearview mirror, I just remember all of the many, many lines of code for a simple answer capture and response. That was before browsers, had to use the command prompt and I haven't kept up with it. Conditional (if then) statements, ansi symbols, flowcharts, etc. and a bazillion hours of testing and debugging on an IBM clone.

Being able to grab the code (and assumingly edit) from links like that is just awesome!

That bootstrap form has a clean and elegant look.

Well i got phpMailer to send (POST) the form data to my own STMP server and send the response to that user mailbox. (so he can follow up)
