An Elevator Pitch is a concise summary of your value proposition that can be explained in the time it takes to ride an elevator- 30 secs or so; usually explaining:
    • who your are.
    • what you do.
    • how it benefits your customers bottom line.
Think of it as a "verbal squeeze page", its purpose is to garnish a lead- not close the sale.

    Whats your elevator pitch?

Those of us in sales for many years will tell you that the EP gets molded to the personality and demeanor of the individual in the moment. However, most of us in the online industry try to mold an EP on page as the initial part of a funnel.

    In The Elevator
Benefit - Casual, but strong, bullet list of benefits (just a few)
Differentiate - What separates you from the others
Ask - Ask for the next meeting
Final Message - Simple, non choreographed review of points one and two and ask for the next meeting again with a different approach

We could go all day with this. Every business college in the world has extensive research on this posted online.
