When it comes to making a product offer in an email campaign do you recommend to send the (shortend/ cloaked) affiliate link or instead a link to a pre lander?

You don't want to send direct affiliate links in emails EVER.
Do some reading on the subject
using direct affiliate links in email at DuckDuckGo

bit.ly is probably on a lot of blacklists when counted with the words heuristically in spam filters.

I would recommend using your own server domain redirect.

If you have a pre-sale page and it helps to increase conversion then use it. Otherwise just send the users to the offer landing page.

Most CPA networks do not allow you to direct link in emails.

Set up a hosting account / domain and use a redirect or a third-party tracker.
