I used to do something like this on chat sites. I would tell people that I was such and such and invite them over for their show. I would get paid from anyone that came over from my link to that person's website. It was fun and rewarding.

Most of the social conduits today have very restrictive terms regarding dating, or any relationship, offers. It requires special permission on Facebook and this is a tend moving into most other social platforms.

You are better of creating internal social pages and content containing links to your blog, or content site, with an area dedicated to promoting your offers.

There's still lots of people doing well with social media. Tumbler seems to be best for adult. But like nailah783 said I know first hand chat will do very well with adult offers. Especially with free trials.

Actually, I think you can do this on Plurk. Almost anything (except the universal no-nos) is allowed there. I've seen dating, binary, porno, gaming, affiliate marketing, etc. Today, I actually saw a Plurk for call girls. Best to read their TOS, of course.

Just so you know, a lot of their traffic is from Taiwan but there seems to be a growing US base.

Bonus plus - you can have more than one account.

I seem to recall reading that dating works well on Twitter.
