I work for a tax resolution company i was wondering if you guys know of website where advertisers and publisher can work out deals directly?

I don't think that there is a merketplace such as this. if publishers talk to advertisers directly it usually done exactly like this, directly.

There are ways to find out, there may not be websites that are specifically created for advertisers and publisher to chalk out a deal. However one can find niche advertiser by using websites like LinkedIn another way of finding is by using Google search.
