Crakrevenue+TrafficJunky Post Back URL

Good Morning

I was wondering if anybody can help me set-up a postback URL in Crakrevenue from TJ.
I did read blog.trafficjunky.com/2015/12/18/trafficjunky-advanced-features/
But cannot figure out what the ACLID parameter supposed to be and also what goes on the aff_sub.
