Hi,

CPVLAB Server down. Unable to login my tracker and as well offer make issue too.

Error while trying to login my admin account (My Domain) :

Even support.cpvlab.pro is down :

I request CPVLAB team to fix this as soon as possible and keep separate server for API & licensing of client. It look like everything is maintained under one server. So, one down means all down including client installed application too.

Hi @Micheal,

Client applications were never down, so incoming traffic in campaigns was tracked normally. The licensing server was down for a little bit, but it should be fixed as we speak. So this affected only the login into the CPV Lab instances, but not the tracking.

One of the servers we used for licensing had an issue. But now everything is back up.

Thank you for your patience and please rest assured that there was was no issue with the tracking.
