I am currently approved from many networks, but mainly using Peerfly and Maxbounty. I promote mobile optimized offers.

Here is what I need to know since I am new to mobile offers. Is it better to promote with given banners from networks or should I create LP? If so, any tutorials on how to create mobile LP?

I know prosper202 tracks mobile traffic now, but which is the best tracking for mobile traffic?

I know there are few other monetizing methods for mobile traffic such as popunder and redirect. Does CPA networks accept these methods? I am thinking of using Exoclick for it.

Test both. Usually LP performs better.

This varies from offer to offer. Be sure to check if the offer allows pop/redirect traffic. You can always ask your AM for confirmation.
