Confused about where to start!!

I'm thinking of starting Paid traffic promotion.
I have the below options available.


Option 1:

Niche: Adult
Network: CrakRevenue
Offer: An SOI offer which pays about $0.90
Traffic: Exoclick
Tracker: Prosper202 on my VPS. I may buy CPVlab as well soon.
Landing Page: I'll design one cool responsive landing page.
Banner: I'll have to do that too.

Option 2:

Niche: Non Adult.
Network: CPALead, Maxbounty, CPAGrip, AdworkMedia, AdscendMedia.
Offer: I may use some Email/Zip Submit offers worth $1.5 like free Samsung Galaxy S6
Traffic: DirectCPV, zeropark(Pending Verification), Addon Network(Sent them a mail to create an account)
Tracker: Prosper202 on my VPS. I may buy CPVlab as well soon.
Landing Page: I'll design one cool responsive landing page.
Banner: I'll have to do that too.

Which one do you guys recommend me to start with?

I've read a lot from the last 1 week and I guess now its my time to take action.
I've almost $500 ready to burn for my testing trial.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Please let me know if you can recommend me any other networks to buy traffic for my options.

To be honest find a placement you want to run on.

Then click on every banner you see and keep track of what banners, landers & offers they're running.

Refresh and do it again. Usually do it for the first 5 impressions.

If you see several of the top 5 guys running the same offer it means that is the current best converter.
