Commission junction UK payment

Hi guys I have been accepted my commission junction which is awesome but I have a problem with the payment. I need to fill out a W-8BEN form. I don't have a clue what this is. it is also asking for a foreign tax identification number where do I find that? Many thanks ross

LOL, I always surprising, when i see how non U.S. affiliates try to get their first payment form that network. Check out belikepro.club profile here, we have not troubles with payments.

Thanks for the replys I was just wondering what the form affects as my mum is currently off work due to being ill and has benefits. I work full time and I have already submitted the form on commission junction (big error there) . Will it affect her benefits?
