Can you make <$1 offers work in T1 countries?

I'm promoting an offer in the UK that pays out $0.70. It's converting very well (anywhere from 20-25% CVR) and the LP has a 15-20% CTR.

I've found some profitable placements and tested a few different sources.

Now I'm wondering whether I can even scale this because the cost of the traffic is just soo high!

Any suggestions?

For incentive traffic, this is very normal. Most incentivized app installs pay below $1.

However, if your traffic is not incentivized, there is little reason to be running such a low paying campaign. However, I don't know the campaign details so I can't say for sure.

Either way, if you're profitable that's a good sign! See if you can ask your AM on the network for a higher payout so that you can scale.
