This week I have planned 2021 in calendars, spreadsheets & wall charts
But really it's just best guess what will happen

What started as down trend in commission has become 80% collapse, last week in November closed a record week on $976, follow in December on $919 & $824, then December 15 commission started to drop & 3rd week in December ended $433 follow this week $211, then today $6 overall commission this year its $8,983
Traffic
Drop in traffic followed some SEO 'improvements' made December 14 (reversed this week), hit a daily low of 276 visits Christmas Eve (90% drop in traffic in 10 days), slowly starting to recover & today back up to 500 visits, so I learn 2 things --> 1. Don't rely on Google for traffic 2. Test 'improvements' on some pages 1st, not all site
Plan
Still planning for 2021, today was planning 5 new websites next year & my portfolio will be 10 (aim to generate $100/day commission x 10 websites =$1,000/day commission), I go old school in 2021, white background, black text, blue links, simple content that directly answers the question, all text properly format for best user experiences

$15 commission today is like big red warning sign, affiliate marketing works but nothing is guarantee, so now I want to put money in bank to all my bills 6-12 months advance, revenue security gives me time to ride out seasonal trends or mistakes
Traffic
Visits improved past 4 days, today its 500+ after 10-day collapse, difference between search rank #1-3 & rank #3-6 is huge, unless the top 3 have really bad answers you must be in top 3 for (Google) organic traffic source

Got list of 10 affiliate sites for 2021, 5 will launch Feb x 1, Mar x 1, Apr x 1, May x 1, Jun x 1 & I'm posting the plan Thursday in the thread before fireworks (some redact info) include everything I learn in affiliate marketing & full strategy/tactics in 2021

Didn't break a $10-spot today but overall happy with $9,101 commission this year (91% success/9% fail), so its true about 'shoot for moon you end up in the stars' because with no target (and without Affiliate Fix) I would have earned alot less
Traffic
Keeps going up 50-100 customer every day after I reversed site improvements & added more content (300 words) to important product pages instead of new 50-word product pages, today 550 visits

Target for 2021 was $10,000 but I came up short at $9,172 ---> so all my bills pre-paid to April 2021, when I heard about NET60 I was really annoyed have to wait 60 days for commission but now its 3 staggered payments --->

To be honest I'm crap at forcasting so I don't really plan that far ahead. I work mostly with a "To Do List" that I try to keep to some sort of time frame
I use a website called asana.com to organise all my projects, I really like it, might be worth a look.
