I am not sure if I am explaining what I am looking to do correctly but ill try hard to make sense of it.
Let's say I want to be a publisher/affiliate for Max Bounty and run some of the advertisers offers on there. For this example the offer I want to send traffic to is
AskMe4Date.com (US) Dating - Casual Commission details
CPA rate $1.50 per lead single opt in
It accepts contextual, banner, mobile, search and social traffic.
Can I buy traffic to then use to send to this offer? Could I buy a facebook account to use to send traffic to this offer since it is social media? Where would I go to buy the traffic? Or is it more complex than this? Would I have to create my own blog/buy an already existing blog and then pay the monthly fees like webhost monthly charge etc.
