Can an AI generated site rank top 10 on Google?

There are lots of tools which can be used to generate blogs automatically, like jasper.ai and article forge. I'm curious if a site full of generated blogs can really rank top 10 on Google Search Results.

I don't care about the quality of the content at all, I just need it to rank high, and I'll put the link to my ads at the most obvious place which related to the title of the article.

Thank you

It is very difficult to say for sure, because it is a very complex issue. It all depends on the competition in the search engine for certain queries. I think it does not matter where the blog is created, it can be high in the search results with additional parsing of the query in the search.

Was that a question or just a rhetorical reply to that post:D
In fact, I'm always skeptical when there are tools that are claimed to help you ranking in Google search. For examples,

Semrush and Ahrefs put emphasis on banklinks, but there was a guy on Reddit gave me a prove that a new website can rank top 3 with 0 banklinks on a hot topic.

Tools like Surfer SEO and RankIQ emphasis on keyword coverage and how many times a keyword repeat itself.

@Proxy-Sale
So I really wonder what does "with additional parsing of the query in the search" mean exactly, and why it works? Can it assure you top 10 on search results?

Can I say that, if a search phrase don't exist as a whole in the search results, and if you use it as your title, in url link, and description, even h1, then you can assure that you will rank top 10?

Welcome to the interwebs :D
So you see through some of the branding --I ban the semrush, ahrefs, MJ12 and other seo bots

I got you, the structure is important.
Another reason it can rise in rank might be it is an "egg site".
But I don't think a similar structure can beat this site, because it is an "egg site", and only one of your articles talks about egg. Maybe I can win by adding some feature snippets.
I'll combine the methods you guys mentioned here and see if it works.

Are all the AI writers in the marketing a wrapp ...
IDK really, I would guess both.
A lot of people are training for their own specialized 'segments' but the ones billed as SEO wonders are not too impressive from what I have seen.

There is no doubt that AI writers can be extremely useful when it comes to SEO. However, from what I have seen, they are not always as impressive as they are billed to be. In many cases, they seem to be no better than human writers. This is not to say that AI writers are not useful, but they should not be seen as SEO wonders.
There is no single answer to this question as there is significant variation in how different AI writers approach the task of creating marketing content. Some AI writers may rely solely on pre-trained GPT-3 models, while others may train their own models on a custom corpus of marketing data. Still others may use a combination of both approaches, tailoring the use of GPT-3 to the specific needs of their marketing campaigns. Ultimately, the best AI writer for a given marketing campaign will be the one that can best utilize the strengths of GPT-3 to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

What happened here?
  1. The Backlinko article has no date of publication
  2. There has been a 54% increase in the google *fictional* "results"
  3. The domain with a snippet is not a .com < I am using a US IP (but I am 100km from the border with Canada)???
  4. This has nothing to do with AI generated text but you could do this :)
There are many ways to boil an egg, but here is a simple step-by-step guide to get the job done.

First, fill a pot with enough water to cover the egg.

Bring the water to a boil.

Next, gently lower the egg into the water using a spoon.

Allow the egg to cook for 3-5 minutes.

Once the egg is cooked, remove it from the water with a spoon and place it in a bowl. Enjoy your boiled egg!

then script the AI text

$ sed -e '/^\s*$/d'    -e 's|^|<li>|'  -e 's|$|</li>|' -e 's|$|\n<h3>Step  </h3>\n|' snippet.txt

I just found an interesting thing.
The news site sciencealert.com has put much more effort to create articles, but it doesn't get that much more traffic than the simple eggs.ca.

To put the egg analogies to the side, and answer the original question, I think Google themselves gives the answer to your question.
They do not accept AI-generated blogs in their Adsense program, and that is because the quality is far from acceptable. However, this will change in the future, I am sure. But it will be minimum 10 years more before the AI is good enough to fool Google (I think).

From the demo video of Jasper AI, I think the quality is quite good (watched ~1 hour). (That might because English is not my native language). And it's not like article forge, you have to repeat copy & paste & delete, even write a little bit to generate an article. It's a half auto engine.

Yes, Jasper is primarily decent, but the thing with Jasper is that to get good quality you are correcting everything, so it's not entirely on autopilot... If you are making an actual autopilot blog with AI it will be crap. But you can get a lot of help, and just fix the details along the way, and then end up with a good result.

You mean auto-spamming AI blogs is not going to work? Who'd have thought </sarcasm>

AI is a 'tool' not an out of the box solution. The quality of the human editor will make the difference.

Hallelujah , humans will still have a place among us! Go figure!

I have been in two meetings this past week, and several more over the past two months, focusing discussions on AI and bots. Some feel they are in a battle with AI and bots, others are finding relief. I know they here and here to stay, but to what end I haven't zero'd in on yet.

Here's what I saw. I saw over a hundred examples of AI and bots utilized for ads, blogs, content sites, landing pages, review sites, eCommerce, and political polling sites dependent on there individual AI and/or bot schemes. All of them, every one of them, required an abundance of human interaction and monitoring. In the end, for the time being, this part won't change. There is no "set it and forget it" scenario with AI and/or bots in the immediate future.

Additionally, because AI/bots are not yet a regulated or restricted (much yet), we will see both an abundance of abuse and an abundance of responsible development and deployment.

It isn't coming, it's here and here to stay!

Many marketers are taking the plunge for things like AI and/or bots for follows, likes, etc. In my opinion, that's just lame and lazy behavior that will likely not amount to anything because most of the platforms using such things are already building and deploying preventative measures to stop it. On the other side of our industry there are an abundance of top players beginning to deploy them for some pretty reliable and mundane maintenance.

I wasn't really paying a lot of attention to this until earlier this year. Graybeard has done an awesome job of ferreting out good and solid information over the year and has increasingly caused me to be more attentive. I'll be finding some time for testing after the first of the year with a couple of projects and I'll bring the follow alongs here for everyone.

Thanks Graybeard for being ahead of the curve on this stuff for us!

ironic: that seo used LD-JSON the site the point out does not --hummm

note the difference in backinks and the site with less backlinks is getting more search? Also note the huge difference in the backlinks referring domain count

A human needs to seed the input.

How might Black Friday sales be in 2022?

version 1:
In recent years, Black Friday sales have been declining due to competition from online retailers and consumers becoming more savvy about getting the best deal. However, I believe that Black Friday sales will rebound in 2022 for several reasons.

First, the COVID-19 pandemic has made people more cautious about going out and spending money. As the pandemic subsides, people will be itching to get out and spend money again. And what better way to do that then take advantage of Black Friday sales?

Second, many brick-and-mortar stores have closed due to the pandemic. This has left a void that can only be filled by the big box stores that are still open. These stores will be able to capitalize on the pent-up demand for shopping.

Finally, I believe that people will want to support their local businesses after the pandemic. Black Friday is the perfect time to do that, as many small businesses offer deep discounts on this day.

So, in conclusion, I believe that Black Friday sales will be strong in 2022. It will be a perfect opportunity for people to get out and spend money again after a long year of being cooped up.

Version 2:
In 2022, Black Friday sales are likely to be even more aggressive and competitive than they are now. Stores will be vying for customers' attention and dollars with deep discounts and promotions. Some retailers may even offer doorbuster deals and free shipping to lure shoppers. Consumers can expect to find great bargains on electronics, clothing, toys, and more.

Version 3:
In 2022, Black Friday sales are likely to be even more intense than they are now. With the economy slowly recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic, consumers will be looking for ways to save money and take advantage of deals. Retailers will be under pressure to offer deep discounts and doorbuster deals to attract shoppers. There may also be more online shopping and less in-store shopping on Black Friday, as people try to avoid crowds.

How might Online Black Friday and Digital Monday sales be like in 2022?

version 1:

The holiday shopping season is rapidly approaching and retailers are busy preparing for the biggest shopping days of the year – Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In recent years, these two shopping holidays have become increasingly more popular, as more and more shoppers take advantage of the discounts and deals offered by retailers both in-store and online.

However, with the continued growth of online shopping, it is likely that by the year 2022, Black Friday and Cyber Monday will look quite different than they do today. For one, there will likely be far more shoppers taking advantage of Digital Monday sales than Black Friday sales. This is because shoppers will be able to take advantage of the deals and discounts from the comfort of their own homes, without having to brave the crowds and the chaos that often comes with in-store Black Friday sales.

In addition, the range and variety of deals and discounts offered by retailers is likely to be much greater on Digital Monday than on Black Friday. This is because retailers will be competing for the attention of online shoppers, who will have a much wider range of choices when it comes to where they do their holiday shopping. As such, retailers will need to offer more attractive deals and discounts in order to lure shoppers to their websites.

So, if you're planning on doing some holiday shopping online in the year 2022, be sure to keep an eye out for Digital Monday sales – you're sure to find some great deals!

version 2:
In 2022, online Black Friday and Digital Monday sales may be even more intense and widespread than they are now. With more and more consumers shopping online for bargains, these two days may become the busiest shopping days of the year. There may be even more special deals and discounts offered by retailers, and consumers may need to plan their shopping strategies more carefully in order to take advantage of the best deals. There may also be more competition among retailers to offer the lowest prices and the best deals, which could lead to even lower prices for consumers.

version 3:

In 2022, online Black Friday and Digital Monday sales may be even more intense and widespread than they are now. More and more people are shopping online for their holiday gifts, and retailers are responding by offering more and more deals and discounts. Some retailers may even offer exclusive online deals that are only available for a limited time. As a result, people may plan their holiday shopping around these online sales in order to get the best deals.
Yes I agree that a human needs to seed the input. But once this is done, can an AI generated content rank on top 10 on google?
Does anyone have hands-on experience with these multiple AI content writers?
I had one of my case study sites hit by google recently due to one of my writers using AI generated content.

  1. What does 'hit' mean?
  2. How do you know it was because of AI? And not a general ranking issue?
  3. What was the topic or the reviews / keyword? Could the be a problem with what is being reviewed or
the questionable authenticity of the reviews?
  4. What AI was used?
1."Hit" meaning my site lost more than 50% of its impressions and clicks. The site almost flatten out.

2. I don't know for sure but it was too much of a coincidence. The site started spiraling soon after the october algo update.

3. Topic is a specific pet niche. Informational content only.No review type of keywords. Same case study I shared here. Will update soon. No manual review or action in google search console.

4. Writesonic.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a 'tool', not an out of the box solution. The quality of the human editor will make the difference. This is because AI is only as good as the data that is fed into it.

If the data is of poor quality, the AI will produce poor results. However, if the data is of high quality, the AI will produce high quality results.

It is important to note that AI is not a replacement for human editors. AI is a tool that can be used to help human editors.

For example, AI can be used to help identify patterns and trends in data. However, it is ultimately up to the human editor to make the final decision. This is because humans are able to understand context and make decisions based on common sense. AI is not yet able to do this.
AI dumbs down what I say in a few words and elaborates, embellishes, etc.

Make a few pages using each AI and test the results if you have a domain that is returning SERPs that you can use as a POC (proof of concept) maybe and measure the results with respect to the search engine ranking values ...
yah i think i should run few more tests. For now i have left the site as it and see if its recovers in the next couple of months
