I was thinking of buying a website from flippa that's already generating some views and improve on it. What do you guys think? is it safe to buy from flippa or should i start from scratch.

In many cases Flippa sellers send traffic by using black hat method or traffic exchanging that is why it seem that the site is suitable for buying. If you want to buy a website from flipped then you should buy niche based site which already generates profit. I hope you get the point.

Buying a website that as some views is not a bad thing. You however need to be very careful so that you avoid being sold a website with traffic that is artificial. Or the developers using black hat methods to generate SEO. You may at some point be penalized by the search engine google. Otherwise it is a good thing to do.

Check the site whether Black hat seo is been used or not. If it used, you site will be penalized.
