Bought Email List - How to send emails to them?

Hi guys, I've bought an email list from a friend online.. who had scrapped them all from facebook accounts.

I was wondering how can I send emails to that list? I've tried to send it myself, but it went to the spam folder.. Also, the Email Sending Services online (SendGrid.com as an example) doesn't accepts email lists which have been bought. I am also worried about the email SPAM Right / law of 2004.

No, you can't.

It would be illegal to email anyone that hasn't opted in to YOUR list!

Scrapping emails for emailing purposes is black hat!

The only way i'd suggest using them is by using the invite to Facebook page function or something similar.

The list is probably useless. You have no first hand info on the addresses. It's a list and nothing more. You have to generate you own lists.
