That question is ambiguous and not relevant for a beginner. There is not a "best niche" for anyone at any stage of their business. Where a beginner must start is in any of the highly competitive markets of Health & Wellness, Relationships, Pet Care, Sustainable Products, Gaming Esports, Travel, Tech, and Remote Work. There are more, but this is where an abundance of the traffic available goes.

You will then select a sub-niche from one of those top markets and establish your plans and budget for that sub-niche. Once you have established the sub-niche of the market you want to start with, you MUST stay with it until you have mastered it to the point you have a functional and sustainable small business. That's when you will be ready and capable of adding scalable solutions and start exploring a second sub-niche.
