Hi, Sophia. I can't recommend a platform because I've never run CPI campaigns but I can suggest that you check our Resources section. All the vendors there have been vetted and verified.

Hi Sophia Loren, if you are looking for cpi traffic, you could go for Startapp, if you are looking for an ad-network, then i don't know exactly which one i could suggest you, but, i can recommend you to afford a tool, like spy-tool to help you out with this, take a look on this one, it should be helpful, as they do have heap package, and also i think they do have a trial so take a look here.
