Best cloaker for high risk ads in 2026?

Hello guys, I am running high risk ads but my accounts keep getting suspended. Someone suggested using a cloaker so I searched for some names like Trustcloaker, Traffic armor, and jci.

I am confused which one to try first. I need something reliable that actually stops bots and manual reviews. What is your experience with these? Any advice is welcome.

The only way cloaking works is that:
  1. the user agent leaves a particular user agent string in the request; and or,
  2. the users IP range is in a listed CIDR block of the reviewing company.
The reviewing PPC could be Google or Bing or whatever.
Where this all falls apart is when the reviewer uses an outside of the network proxy to review the ads with a user agent string that resembles a normal user browser. Your cloaking is easily defeated ...
So it's a cat and mouse game, or a whack-a-mole game, nothing's 100%.

If you still think cloaking is a good idea, these are the problems you need to make sure that any service you buy will actually perform.

It's still high risk if you ask me.

Many here have mentioned using ZeroCloak, HoaxTech, and CloudFilter lately. Even the best cloakers are hit and miss these days. You are trying to cloak from behemoth organizations with the budgets of small countries.

Honestly, there’s no perfect solution that will guarantee safety from bots or manual reviews. Focus on compliant traffic sources and clean ad practices first — cloakers are risky and can make suspension issues worse. Others here can share specific experiences, but be cautious with anything that claims 100% protection.

Some popular cloaking tools used by affiliates in 2026 include TrafficShield and JustCloakIt.
Tools like TrustCloaker and Cloakerly are also commonly used for filtering bots and ad reviewers.
They help separate real users from bots using IP filtering and traffic analysis.
However, cloaking can violate ad platform policies and may lead to account bans if detected.

It's all about intent. White hats use cloaking to create branded links and to prevent affiliate hijacking which can be done without violating most platforms. Black hats use them to defeat platforms form detecting non compliant funnels.

Every affiliate reporting I've read over the past few years shows the super affiliates migrating away from their previous black hat cloaking and moving towards more comprehensive funnels to develop valid, high converting relationships with their audiences.

This is where it's going and has been for a long time now. I know that the new and intermediate marketers don't want to believe this or incorporate true white hat marketing because they want the conversions now and white hat takes time.

Do you really want to paly the "cat and mouse" game of black hat and have short term gains, or do you want a growth business for long term gains?
